Maybe I'm missunderstanding this, so lets just review what been said at the original source:

I wouldn't interpret this as 360 consoles overheating, simply because
1) The use of the "Danger Will Robinsson!" catchphrase. If the consoles were actually to suffer hardware failure because of the demo, wouldn't Biowa...
